I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness & Wellness Management, and have been a yoga and aerobics instructor for over a decade. I work with a nutrition company during the day, take on countless side projects, am overscheduled by my own doing, and every day I find a way to love myself by investing in myself with movement and good nutrition (even if I can barely count it). Some days I don’t do as well as I would like, but each minute is a new opportunity to succeed. My name is Susan Johnson, and I look forward to finding success right along with you.
